Tony Blair will no doubt have the opportunity to dish out some gongs on the occasion of his depatrture from office, so now's the time.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Consider: Mr Gates has, by virtue of the software his company has developed, enabled millions of people to harness the power of the PC and succeed in business, or enhance their hobbies or home life, in short, to do things that they could not have achieved without Windows, Office etc. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;And this is not to mention his charitable and educational donations through his Foundation.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Let's see who's out there that agrees with us!&lt;/p&gt;
